My Mento at Work
I am working with two great seniors at work.
Many people say they are both geniuses of SW world.
I also agree that they help us a lot of ideas for working effectively.
After attending business meetings today, I found out some differences between them.
They like to teach something when other people don't understand the main points.
The first senior teaches us with different descriptions, so it is hard to understand even though he tries to do his best.
However, his advice is always a shortest path to achieve a goal and easy to do that.
On the other hand, the other senior teaches us with detail descriptions.
It is more easy to understand, sometime I think he is a teacher.
But his advice is hard to follow.
I can learn a lot of things by these unique teaching methods.
