My Left Fifth Toe
The nail on my left fifth toe hurt. Some part of it has gone away. It has troubled me to walk in these days.
Yesterday, I bought a new pair of shoes that is bigger size than old ones. I feel fine with the new ones because the shoes less touch my toe.
Now, I'm on my way to work. I think I can go through the day, today as well, thanks to the bigger ones.

実は、左足の小指の爪がずっと痛いんです。一部が割れて、剥がれてしまったんです。ですからこのところ、歩くのに苦労しているのです。
昨日、今までのものよりも大きいサイズの新しい靴を買いました。足の指に触れる回数が減ったので、負担がだいぶと軽くなりました。
今は会社への通勤途中です。でも、その大きくなった靴のおかげで、今日も一日頑張れそうです。

I get what you mean when you say "fifth toe" but I think I would just use "pinky"!

More naturally, I might write
"The pinky toe on my left foot hurts"
Some part of it has gone away.
Nothing wrong with this sentence! Once again, I might write more specifically:
"Some part of it has broken off" or "Part of the nail has broken off"
It has troubled me to walk in these days.

I feel [fine/better] with the new ones because the shoes less touch my toe less.
Nothing wrong with "fine", but an alternative would be to say "better"

Not sure what you mean by "today as well". Maybe you want to say "I think I can get through today thanks to the bigger ones."
As well, we can refer to the shoes as a "pair".

Nice work! I've had a similar problem, but with my big toe on both feet! Somehow I was wearing shoes that were too small. I had to get new shoes as well. The bigger shoes helped a lot. I hope your foot heals soon.

I don't know if there's really a good way of saying this. I think most people would just say "my toe," or "one of my toes". I think the only toes that really have common names is your big toe (the big one), and your small toe (the small one).
