MyThe latest thing I read in English / The Latest Thing I Reading in English
If this was meant to be sentence case:
"Reading" with a capital R is a town in England.
If it's meant to be title case, you would have needed to capitalise "latest"
---
A "reading" has a strong sense of being either eading something publicly out load (especially in the context of religious ceremonies) or an assignment. We normally wouldn't use "a reading" to describe something you chose to read, which is why I rephrased the title.
Hello everybody,

Today iI will talk to you about m'y latest reading.
First, iI read a news about anthe USA' s attack on Iran.
There's only one "USA" so it's "the USA" instead of "an USA".
Fortunately, i saw that our Macron préesident does no, Macron didn't join the USA in their fighting.
Not sure if the aim was to just describe that he is the president (which is the correction I gave here), our to use President as a title (in which case it would be President Macron").
I wriote that because iI saw on Tiktok the opposite reaction on Tiktok .
The word "I" should always be a capital letter.
I was afraid because ofhe spoke of an attack on France too.
However, many leaders want peace talks to stop the fighting.
They (does / don't) want to take sides for them.
Not sure which you wanted here, but "does" is about habitual actions.
Secondly, iI read asome news about a chimp's escapes from a zoo.
"a news article" or "some news". News itself isn't countable but articles are.
Around athe north of Japan, a chimp escapesd from a zoo.
Watch you tenses! You're talking about something that already happened, so should be past tense.
There's only one "north of Japan" so it should be "the north of Japan" not "a north of Japan"
He used power lines to move.
People wanted to catch him but it iwas difficult.
People used a tranquilizer on him, and the chimp fell down.
Thirdly, iI read a news about a hemophilia.
In 1970, 3000 people die d because of it in the USA.
Several patients affected by hemophilia, got a blood fromtransfusion from the USA.
It was aeither prisoners or drug person who had taken drugs that gave their blood.
The families asked that the governement take their responsaibilitiesy.
