My Last Visit to Dubai No.2
Actually, I had visited Dubai and Abu Dhabi several times before on business. Each time I visited, the Burj Al Arab, Palm islands, and the monorail were progressively being completed.
I had the opportunity to visit the apartment (at the Hyatt Regency) twice, where a Japanese couple lived. They were stationed there to construct the monorail. The husband was the construction manager for the Japanese general contractor. The view of the Palm Beach under construction from their room was very impressive.
実はぼくはそれまで何度か所用でドバイやアブダビを訪問していて、訪れるたびにバージュアラブやパームアイランド、それにモノレールが完成されて行った。特にモノレールの工事を請け負っていた日本のゼネコンの責任者夫妻が暮らすアパートメント（Hyatto Regency)に二度お邪魔させていただいたことがあり、そこから見える建築中のパームビアイランドは見ごたえがあった。

I think starting a sentence with "Actually" or "by the way" sounds unnatural, but it is understandable. I think "by the way" sounds slightly more natural.
