I going to write this using informal English. My goal isn't be perfect, only understandable. Thank You.
I had been reading The Alchemist of Paulo Cohelo. It's an amazing book, I really recommend it for you.
Since the first page, The Alchemist trapped me with its simply and deeply. It isn't only a story about a searched, but it is a mirror that shows us our doubts, fears and dreams. I decided to write a serie of reflections, one for chapter or key event in the book, connecting you with moments and learns of my life.
You don't need to have read the book to understand what I write.
My Journey with "The Alchemist" Book
It would already be understood that you were talking about a book or movie or something similar, and since you go on to clarify it in the paragraph, the word "book" is unnecessary (also because it is a well-known book).
Normally, book names would be italicized or underlined, but using quotations is a choice for when those aren't possible.

Thank Yyou.
I hadve been reading "The Alchemist of" by Paulo Cohehlo.
"I had been reading" would be more like "había estado leyendo"
It's an amazing book, I really recommend it for you.
Since the first page, "The Alchemist" trapped me with its simplicity and deeplypth.
It isn't only a story about a searched, but it is also a mirror that shows us our doubts, fears and dreams.
I think you could mean one of two things here, and I am not sure which one:
1. It isn't only a story about a search, but it is also a mirror that shows us our doubts, fears and dreams. (implies that the story is nearly as important as the mirror)
2. It isn't just a story about a search, but rather a mirror that shows us our doubts, fears, and dreams. (implies that the story is not that important compared to the mirror)
I decided to write a series of reflections, one for each chapter or key event in the book, connecting you with moments and learnings of my life.
one thing to consider is that verbs in the gerund form can become nouns as well. some examples
1. I love reading. "reading" is a noun in this sentence, even though it is the same word in "I am reading right now," where the word in the second sentence is a verb
Feedback
Nice job, clearly written and I am curious to see what you write about the book. I have enjoyed writing about my reading here as well, enjoy!

I hadve been reading The Alchemist of Paulo Cohelo.
You can use "had been" if you've already finished reading the book. If you've started it but it's still in progress, then it's "have been"
