In my opinion I have some good habits: I'm always trying to learn new things, I do physical exercises often, I'm consistent and so on.
My bad habits: I procrastinate, go to bed late night, eat sugary foods. For sure I have more bad habits, but I don't remember right now.
My good and bad habits
In my opinion I have some good habits: I'm always trying to learn new things, I do physical exercises oftenexercise regularly, I'm consistent and so on.
Consistent sounds a bit vague
My bad habits: I procrastinate, go to bed late night, eat, and I eat too much sugary foods.
My advice is to eat sugariest foods and enjoy them. By which I mean don't try to cut by eating a less sugary alternatives you don't enjoy.
ForI'm sure I have more bad habits, but I don't/can't remember them right now.
In my opinion I have some, some of my good habits: are that I'm always trying to learn new things, I do physical exercises often, and I'm consistent and so on.
Since you're saying that you have "some" good habits, you don't have to add "and so on" at the end.
My bad habits: are that I procrastinate, go to bed late night, and eat sugary foods.
If you're listing things, you should always add "and" before the last item you list.
For sure II definitely have more bad habits, but I docan't remember them right now.

In my opinion I have some good habits: I'm always trying to learn new things, I do physical exercises often, I'm consistent and so on.
This isn't incorrect, but it would be much more common to say "I exercise often" rather than " I do physical exercise often".
My bad habits: I procrastinate, go to bed late night, eat sugary foods.
ForI'm sure I have more bad habits, but I don't remember them right now.
