My Go-To Toilet Paper 定番のトイレットペーパーが決まった
I go grocery shopping on my bicycle. The problem is that a pack of toilet paper takes up the entire basket on my bike. Hoping to have enough room for my groceries, I decided to buy it online. My family prefers double-layered paper. Although single-layered paper lasts longer, I chose to respect their preference.
It’s surprising how many kinds of toilet paper there are—different lengths, different numbers of rolls per pack. Since it was hard to compare them all, I decided to try one that came with 8 rolls per pack. As a result, they filled up my closet.
Then I tried one from Iris Ohyama, which turned out to be a great choice. It comes in a pack of 4 rolls, but each roll is longer, so it lasts a long time.
I know it’s a small thing, but having a go-to toilet paper really makes life easier.
私はいつも自転車に乗って買い物に行くのだが、トイレットペーパーを買うと、自転車のかごがいっぱいになってしまってあまり食料品を買えない。そこで、トイレットペーパーをネットで買うことにした。家族の希望は、ダブルというタイプで、紙が二重になっているもの。シングルのほうが長持ちするけど、家族の希望を尊重することにした。だけどネットでトイレットペーパーを買うと言ってもいっぱい種類がある。長さも違うし、ロール数も違う。簡単に比較できないので、試しに8パック入りのを購入してみた。これは失敗だった。8パックも購入してしまうと、クロゼットがトイレットペーパーだらけになってしまうのだ。次に、アイリスオーヤマというブランドのトイレットペーパーを買ってみた。これが大正解だった。4パックなんだけど、1ロールの長さが長いから長持ちする。ほんの些細なことだけど、定番が決まると楽になる。
