My Glasses

My vision sucks so I've worn glasses since I was 13 years old.
I tried contact lenses a few years ago but I didn't like them.
Today I made pasta for lunch.
But I poured the hot tomato sauce into the bowl too quickly, and it splashed back at me.
Don't worry, I was fine.
My hands were lightly scalded so I washed them in lukewarm water.
My glasses were also hit by sauce.
Meaning, if I didn't wear glasses, I might've been injured.

今天我做了意大利面作为午餐。
但我把热的番茄酱倒进碗里的速度太快了，结果酱汁溅到了我身上。

也就是说，如果我不戴眼镜的话，可能会受伤的。
