I had physical therapy for my knee today. Heidi took me to the clinic.
I can't thank her enough.
She is very nice and kind, and best friend
I can trust.
I'm so grateful I have a friend who loves me unconditionally.
I would like to do something special for her. I should buy something or take her to a nice restaurant when I get recovered from injured.

I am British and we would refer to it as "physiotherapy" (or, "physio" for short).
