My Fourth Attempt at Writing English

My favorite place in my hometown is a railway station by the sea, I have been there a lot when itI was boringed.

You can't really use "it was boring" without having explained what you're calling boring. Otherwise in this sentence it sounds like you're calling the railway station boring, which doesn't seem right since you describe it as your favourite place. If you're talking about your general feelings, it's best to to say "I was bored"

I'm going ato (catch) the bus there.

This sounds better with a verb, I guessed that you mean catch the bus.

I like this place because it's the most beautifule place in my town.

My favorite place in my hometown is a railway station by the sea,. I ha've been there a lot when itI was boringed.

"bored" -> "boring": "boring" is an adjective, which describes some ongoing situation. "bored" is an adjective, which describes the state of being. You went there in the state of being bored, so "bored" is correct.

"I have" -> "I've": when contractions can be used, they should be used as it's more natural in speaking and writing. Only in very formal literature are contractions not used.

Bonus:
"I've been there a lot when I was bored" -> "I went there a lot when I was bored": the more natural way to say it. I'm not a language teacher so I can't exactly see why what you typed is wrong aside from it just sounds weird. But grammatically is seems correct.

I'm going at theby bus there right now.

"at the" -> "by": "at the" implies the destination, "by" implies your mode of transportation.

[] -> "right now": We add "right now" to clarify the time. The previous sentence stated your opinion, and I'm assuming now you are going again, so we have to clarify that NOW you are going again.

I like this place because it's the most beautifule place in my town.

beautifule -> beautiful: spelling

"my town" -> "in my town": missing preposition "in"
