I'm a master's degree student. This is my first semester.
I've studied English my whole life, but my language level is not high enough to study abroad.
I'm going to do daily English challenges to level up.
I want to make foreign friends. What should I do to make friends?
And give me advice on doing better English.

I want to make foreign friendriends with some foreigners.
What should I do to makbe friends with them?

Don't start a sentence with "And" this word might come after a comma or be in the middle of a sentence. It is mainly used in conjunction. "On doing better English" is not wrong but sounds bad to native listeners so, use "Give me advice on doing better in English." add "in" between "better" and "English." It makes the sentence better.
Feedback
Your English is good, just a little unpolished. Keep up the good work!

"Level up" is definitely understandable, but moreso used in the context of video games (such as if you're intentionally trying to compare language learning to a video game).

For making foreign friends, social media might prove to be extremely helpful. A platform like Discord is probably one of your best bets. Thanks to technology, there's no shortage of English-speaking communities online, and I've made friends with people who live in completely different parts of the world through them. In fact, interacting with English speakers frequently online will probably improve your language abilities as well, killing two birds with one stone. You're probably at a high enough level to hold some conversations, so just go find some communities built around something you're interested in.

My advice is to immerse yourself in the language. Do things like watching TV shows/YouTube channels in English with subtitles in your native language. This will help with listening comprehension. You can also try reading a type of book called "graded readers." You can choose books that correspond to your level. Usually, these will also have an index of vocabulary words that can help as you read. As for friends, this website is a good start. Good luck!
