It's getting cold! I'm sensitive to cold person so this season is not appreciated every year for me. I'm happy if I could see snowing at least but around my area doesn't have that temperature. It's just cold days and how boring is that. I need to buy clothes to prepare for this season! I live in a very countryside area but I don't have a car (I can say this town exists only for university) so I can't go anywhere. Maybe I will get these when I get back home.

I'm sensitive to cold person, so this season is not appreciated every year forby me.

or "sensitive-to-cold person"
you could say "every year" but it's rather unnecessary

I'm happy if I could see it snowing at least, but around my area doesn't have that temperature, the temperature doesn't get low enough.

or "we don't have low enough temperatures"

It's just cold days, and how boring is that.?

It's getting cold!

I'm someone who is sensitive to cold personthe cold, so this season is not appreciated every year forby me.

You could also say "I'm sensitive to the cold"

I'md be happy if I could see snowing at least but around my area doesn't have that temperatures low enough.

It feels more natural to use the noun "snow" instead of the verb "snowing"

It's just cold days and how boring is thatthat is boring.

"how boring is that" is usually a question. You could say "it's just cold days - how boring is that?"

I need to buy clothes to prepare for this season!

I don't like the cold much either, so hopefully we can both stay cozy and warm this winter!
