My first challenge in the UK

Today, I want to write about my recent situation.

Things were a little complicated , r. Recently I found out that I have to move to the UK.

"UK" is an abbreviation of United Kingdom, which since it's a descriptive name, is used with a "the" ("the USA" is similar).

But no matter how much I studied, I didn’t feel like I was making any progress.

I had two reasons: one was to talk with native speakers and learn real, everyday English,; and the other was to push myself to speak English every day, whether I wanted to or not.

タイトルでは、ほとんどの言葉の最初の文字を大文字にします。また、「UK」は英語で「United Kingdom」（名詞と形容詞の連語）と本格的に知られているので、「UK」の前に「the」を入れました。

こちらの修正は自然に読むように加えました。

The problem was, that even though I had to move, I’m really not good at speaking or reading English.

このように「that」を付けるのは問題をもっと特定するためでしたが、前の文章も分かりやすくて大丈夫でした。

But no matter how much I studied, I didn’t feel that I was making any progress.

前の文章もいけましたが、「make progress」という言葉も「進む、捗る」の意味を伝えます。宜しければ、お使いください。

英語では、一つの長い文章を書くよりもっと短い文章に分けるほうが通常です。例として、訂正をここまでにしましたが、「, and the」を消して「. The other」に入れ替えるのもOKです。
