My Fifth Day
Love is not about control.
You don’t need to be afraid that your partner can cheat on you or fall in love with someone else, and start thinking about how to prevent it and try to control your partner.
Love is the place where two people can be themselves with each other.
You must value this time.
Everything changes: our feelings, views, thoughts, and the people around us.
The most important thing you need to know is that every person in your life is a teacher.
They can give you a lesson, and you never know what lesson life will give you, but you can be open to studying.

Your sentence is grammatically correct, but "don't need" implies you still could..."shouldn't" indicates that it is not helpful/good/etc to be afraid...
Also, this is a really long sentence. I tend to do that as well, and it's correct, but I made a suggestion to break it into two sentences.

Learning and studying are very similar...but in this instance you are absorbing the lessons versus sitting down with books and such, so learning is a bit more accurate.
