My favorite time of a day

Late afternoon is my favorite time of (the) day.

It is usually between 6- and 7 pm in summer and 4-–5 pm in winter.

If you include the word “between” then you need to write out the word “and”:
- it’s usually between 6 and 7 pm
- it’s usually 6–7 pm

Early morning is nice too, but I'm not always awake then.

What I love to do the most during theis period of time includes sittings to sit on the balcony or the deck with a book orto read, a coloring book or a drawing set, and there will be some light music or pop music playing on my phone.
