Today I want to talk about what I considere one of my favorite hobbyies.

Since I was a kid I have always liked to take care of plants, especially succulent plants or cacti t. That's because I live in a country where cacti are very common to find everywhere but I think most of the people are not aware aboutof how important are the plants in the ecosystem are.

You can use "succulents" instead of "succulent plants", too. You could also remove "to find everywhere" because "very common" implies it and it's odd phrasing.

You could also delete "always" cause that's odd phrasing but not _wrong_ per se.
