My mother was the best cook in the family.
Japanese style hamburger steak was my favorite dish.
First, she chopped up onions. Then she mixed it with meat and tofu together.
She put in a tablespoon of miso to make it a little rich.
She also made a sauce after them grilled.
She added some orange juice to make it fruity.
The orange juice was her secret ingredient :)
