"I" should always be capitalized.

My day

Today i have, my day started with ime waking up and washing up.

You can omit the first "up", because it's repeated in "washing up".

Next, I was did many exercises and haved a short run outside.

"have" should be in the past tense.

During my run, I unfortunuatelly I feltl on the road.

When used in the middle of a sentence, "unfortunately" will sound more natural after "I".

But ithis inccident donidn't ruine my day.

"don't" should be in the past tense.

After that i have eating, I ate with my family, and of course iI fed my cat.

"have eating" should be in the past tense.

Further iLater, I went to training in the gym with my friend.

After thisat hard training, we went to the cafe, where iI bought 1a croissant and 1a cup of coffee.

"a" is more commonly used when there is only one object, and sounds more natural. Also, "coffee" is generally uncountable, so you must put a counter before it. People do say "a coffee", but that is colloquial. For now, adding the counter is good practice.

Next i came, I returned home and took a shower.,

I'd prefer "returned" here.

Aafter which I walked with my dog and further Ithen took a nap.

"after which" generally appears in the middle of a sentence, instead of the front. I have edited the previous sentence to allow for this. Also, "walked my dog" is a set phrase. "walked with my dog" is not wrong, but less natural-sounding.

After I took a nap I have spendingwoke up, I spent time with my family watching thea movie about cowboys.

Repeating "took a nap" is a bit much, since you'd already used that phrase in the sentence right before this one. Also, "have spending" should be in the past tense. Last, it should be "a movie" instead of "the movie", since this is the first time you are introducing the movie.

And it is aThat was the end of my day after thatnd we all went to sleep.

I omitted the first "and" because you have already used many adverbs and conjunctions at the start of sentences, which can quickly become repetitive. The sentence still works without it.

Feedback

To summarise,
1. Be mindful that "I" should be capitalised.
2. Keep track of the tense you're writing in—here, you're recalling your day, so the past tense is expected.
3. Do make use of commas, especially before adverbs and conjunctions at the start of the sentences, such as "next", "after that", "later", etc.

Keep it up!
