My day

Hi Hello, t. Today w, Wednesday, I woke up at 7:20 a.m. I'm havingd a breakfast, milk of oats [oatmeal?] with oatmilk and honey and an omelette with two eggs and chesese and t. Then I went to go my job, where I went insidearrived at 8:30 a.m.

(1) In English, there are strict rules about the structure of sentences. It's often better to break a long one into multiple sentences.

(2) You wouldn't say both "Hi" and "Hello" in the same greeting.

(3) Generally, the solid part of a dish is considered more important than the liquid in which it's served, and is listed first.

I was workingorked until 12 a.m, when I havetook a break for I ate lunch t. Then I worked until 5:30 p.m and I leave to my. Finally, I went housme to make exercise.

You're talking about the past, so all of your verbs should be in the past.

Again, this sentence needed to be broken up.

Today I trained{exercised|worked out} my back and biceps t. Then I took a shower, ate dinner, and I sawwatched my favourite series ion Netflix.

"Watch" indicates that you took action to observe something, and it also indicates that whatever you were observing moved. Thus, it's a better verb than "see" when you're talking about television.

EndAt the end of the day, I gowent to sleep.

Again, make sure to keep all verbs in the same tense unless you're mentioning something that occurs at a different time.
