My daily habbits

In the morning I brush my teeth, havtake my supplements, then go to the Gym.

Very subtle nuance in the difference between "take" and "have", but for some reason "take" is used with medicine and nutricional things. I think "have" is more for things that are set in stone like meals ("let's have lunch."), available like items on a menu ("I'll have the fish"), and such.

When I comeget back from gym to home I make some coffee then go to my desk to start to work.

"get back" is a verb that takes a "from", but never a "to" since the destination is assumed. "Come back" I think could be fine, but I feel like I'd only say that to someone who's at home, knowing when I'm coming back.

At 12pm I stop working to have a lunch.
