I have many goals, s. Some are short term, some mid-term and other are long term.

I wont say people really use the word midterm, but I see what you mean. Maybe 'near future' could work too.

In this way, my short terms goals are the next oneas follows: I want to be advanced B2 in my English in a spacen of six months, I want to be excellent in Excel (the Microsoft program) doing a course, and in the church I go to I want to make a discipleship program to teach it./ good in Microsoft Excel through doing a course, and to make it into a discipleship program and eventually teach it in the church I go to.

These are short term goals but they are not easy to reach and. I have other goals that are important as well and, but to make the time to work on them it's difficult.
