My cat(4)

Bao has adapted to my house and feels more relaxed than before.

I can only now see what he looks like. Compared to other two-year-old cats, Bao is a bit skinny.

According to the staff in the animal hospital, his former owner sent Bao to his friend to take care of before sending Bao to the hospital.

Unfortunately, after his friend cared for Bao for a few days, he decided not to raise Bao anymore.

Surroundings have been changed in a short time, no wonder Bao is so skinny and has a serious stress response.
(Hoping that before raising a pet, everyone can consider whether you can take good care of them seriously.)

Corrections

I can only now see what he looks like.

I might say, "Now I can see what he looks like." But what is this in reference to? Did he used to look very different, but now he looks like his "true self"?

Unfortunately, after his friend cared for Bao for a few days, he decided not to raise Bao anymore.

This is grammatically correct; there are no problems with it! However, if you want to make it sound a little more native, I would write it as, "Unfortunately, after only caring for Bao for a few days, his friend decided not to raise him anymore."

Surroundings have been changed in a short time, no wonder Bao is so skinny and has a serious stress response.

His surroundings have changed so much in such a short period of time, so no wonder that Bao is so skinny and is having a serious stress response.

(Hoping that before raising a pet, everyone can consider whether you can take good care of them seriously.)

I hope that before people decide to raise a pet, they consider seriously whether or not they can take care of them.

I had pet dogs growing up, but it was me, and my siblings and my parents to take care of them. I've thought about adopting a pet since then, but since it's just me right now, I don't know if I'd be able to care for them well enough, so I haven't. Maybe someday though.

'seems' might be better here. It suggests that is how he appears to you.

Raise is not the correct verb in this context. You can "raise" children, which means educating them. You can also "raise" chickens or puppies (for example) which in this case means reproducing/growing them for future consumption or sale.

Well written.
