I graduated from Chang Jung Christian University.
Its historical roots can be traced back to 1865 AD.
I was graduated from my alma mater so long ago, but still had memories about my alma mater.
Alma mater is a college or university you graduated from.
When I was a student, I usually got up at six and went to the top of the building.
When I learn a foreign language, I read out loud.
The essence of language learning is repetition.

I was graduated from my alma mater so long ago, but still had memories about my alma mater.

I graduated from my alma mater so long ago, but I still have memories of it.

No need for "was" here.

"Had" implies something you no longer have, eg. in this case it would mean you forgot these memories. If you still have something from the past, you can just say "I still have".

This is more of a flow correction, but you can just use "it" when referring to something you already mentioned in that same sentence, to prevent too much repetition.

Alma mater is a college or university you graduated from.

When I was a student, I usually got up at six and went to the top of the building.

You could add "every day" or "every morning" to the end of this sentence to add clarity.

When I learn a foreign language, I read out loud.

The essence of language learning is repetition.
