Hi Kai, thank you for still remembering me and the concern from you. Around the Chinese New Year, I don't think everything was going well for me. When you have an "and" you are connecting two phrases. You should be able to remove either of the phrases and have the sentence still make sense. "Thank you for the concern from you," is grammatically correct, I guess, but the repition of "you" seems awkward. "Thank you for your concern" would be the more natural way to say it, and that's still true even if you're thanking him for multiple things.
