I live in a small island in Stockholm. I have moved here for 5 months ago. Since moved there I'm feeling very lucky because there is a big lake which is 5 min from my house. It's called Mälaren. It's really clean and suitable for swimming. On the other hand the water we drink is also supplied from this lake. When weather is sunny people meet by the lake for the picnic which are living in island. Someone prefer to sunbathe while reading a book.
I am trying to go to the Mälaren everyday. It's my favorite spot in the island. Sometimes I do embroidery by the lake. Sometimes just sitting and refresh my mind. I think it's my mindfulness practice. I'm full of gratefulness about nature.

Lake Mälaren sounds like a lovely place. We have lakes by us, but they are mostly small and shallow, so my favorite natural place is a big river nearby. I like to run along the river, sometimes with music, and sometimes just enjoying nature :)
