Movie ticket

Movie ticket is so expensive that I rarely buy it without any discount campaign.
The price for adult is 1,900 yen, which is equivalent to 18 dollars, enables you to sign up for two months' Netflix.

映画チケットはとても高いから、私は割引キャンペーンなしに買うことは滅多にない。
大人料金は1900円(18ドルに相当)で、Netflix2ヶ月分は払えてしまう。

Corrections

The price for an adult is 1,900 yen, which is equivalent to 18 dollars, enableswhich would allow you to sign up for two months' Netflix.

That's the variant which sounds most natural to me.

Feedback

That's too bad.. By the way, your suggestion (enable => allow) was very helpful. Thank you!

Movie tickets

It is more common for titles with only common nouns to either make them plural ("Movie tickets") or place an article in the front ("A Movie Ticket/The Movie Ticket"). I would make it plural here since you are talking about movie tickets in general.

Movie ticket iss are so expensive that I rarely buy ithem without any discount campaign.

"Discount campaign" is not a set of words I've seen before. I also think "[...] without any sort of discount" sounds good too.

The price for an adult is 1,900 yen, which is equivalent to 18 dollars, USD, and would enables you to sign up for two months' of Netflix.

Alternatively: "The prices for adults is [...]"
