You use the present perfect here because it's still continuing to this day

We use "at" if we want to say to do something at the cinema, but "in" when we are actually inside the cinema theatre

If you use "one of the ..." the noun has to be in plural form because you are saying one of the many that you have (hopefully you have many friends)
And also for describing past actions, you use the past tense (keyword for past tense: yesterday)
