Today, I write about my goal to study English.

You're not wrong, though you could also have "I am writing" for the Present, and "I wrote" for Past Tense

I don't need to work, and don't have no problem in my life.

How are you devicing to keep motivation?

I understand the point you are trying to make, though "devicing" is not the right word. You could say:
"How do you keep motivation?"
or
"How are you keeping motivation"
or
"What do you do to keep motivation?"

Please tell me.

Feedback

To keep motivation, I would develop a reason, or a list of reasons about why I am doing this.
I ask myself if I really want to do this.
I ask myself if this is worth it.
You should also discover how significant this is to you.
If it isn't really significant, you will get unmotivated easily.

Learning English to understand the original text of games isn't bad. Possibly, you could find more to learning English?
