Sometimes, I feel the world moves too fast and other times it moves too slow. I think that depends on the people I hang out with.
Even if we are in a globalized world, I strongly belive that at the end, what mainly affects our life it's just the people we have around.
Today I was able to do pretty much everything I wanted to do, even if I didn't have much energy, now I just want to end my day doing stretching, having dinner and practicing a bit of English.
Sometimes, I feel like the world moves too fast, and other times it moves too slow.
Since you are not directly "feeling" it, add "feels *like*) since the word "like" reduces the effect of that.
I think that depends on the people I hang out with.
Even if we are in a globalized world, I strongly believe that atin the end, what mainly affects our life it's just the people we have around us.
Wrong spelling of believe, Wrong preposition (in, not at), and "is" feels less clunky than "its"
Today I was able to do pretty much everything I wanted to do, even if I didn't have much energy, n. Now I just want to end my day doing stretching, having dinner, and practicing a bit of English.
Comma before "and", and since the sentence ranges from "Today" to "energy", there should be a period at the end

You have very minor mistakes, like spelling and use of punctuation, and grammar. You can be easily understood by a native. I recommend Grammarly.
