I'm going on a business trip to Vancouver tomorrow. I don't really like go to Vancouver in this season because it's always raining. Also, I can't have much time to go around and enjoy traveling. I hope to visit Vancouver for vacation in summer.

Your sentence is okay but this sounds more natural to me.

Also, I cawon't have much time to gowalk around and enjoy traveling.

Or: Also, I never have much time to enjoy traveling.

* If you don't mean "walk around" you can omit this part, like my example above.

I hope to visit Vancouver for vacation in summer.
