This would be better as a title because "mon histoire" without any further indication means someone is going to tell the whole story of their life
No need to capitalize every word of a title in French

Days of the week aren't capitalized, neither are months, but the former require articles => LE lundi

Je suis allé au travaille et je me suis'ai passé une très bonne journée.

"travaille" is a conjugated verbal form; the noun is "travail"
"passer" isn't reflexive but is transitive here, so the auxiliary verb is "avoir" => j'AI PASSÉ
