À jourd'hui à mon école, je prends un petit quiz pour A1.1. J'écris, je écoute et je regarde. Ce quiz est très difficile pour moi. Mais, je passe et je suis content pour maintenant !
Demain début mon nouveau niveau.

I guess it was something that happened in the past, so you have to use past tenses
take a quiz = faire un quiz
J'ai écris, jet, écouteé et je regardeé.
Ce quiz esta été très difficile pour moi.
Mais, je pal'ai réussei et je suis content poure maintenant !
to pass a quiz, an exam = réussir (un quiz, un examen etc)
This one's a tricky false friend because "PASSER un examen" actually means "to TAKE an exam" in French
feminine agreement => contentE
If you're really happy, you can say "heureuse"
[Demain débute mon nouveau niveau. ?]
I'm unsure of what you meant here: "tomorrow my new level starts?" such a sentence would be too vague to be completely understood anyway
