Hier, je suis allé l’eglise et me suis récontré Mon amie. J’etais très contente parce que c'est long temps je l’ ai vu.
Elle s’appelle Joyce et quand j’etais 7ans nous Sommes devenus amis.
Malheureusement, nous nous sommes séparés apres elle s’ est émigrer à l’Europe.
Nous Avons parlés beaucoup et nous ne peuxons pas partir.
Je la vais voir sameine prochain. J’ai très excité!!

"excité" can have very... sensual connotations in French though. Here it would be alright, but if you absolutely want to avoid the connotation, you can go for "avoir hâte"
