The European woman made pasta from wheat flour.
I've never thought of making pasta itself because I thought the making process was complicated.
But the way she made pasta didn't seem to be hard.
She showed how to make short pasta quickly when you don't have time.
She tore a piece of the dough, and made it ball, and squashed the ball to disk.
Maybe I can do it...?
I tried and did it actually!
I put a lot of small disk pasta in soup and cooked with vegetables as she did.
This dish satisfied my stomach.
I've been watching pasta cooking videos on YouTube ever since and learned many things.
I thank moms of the world!

TheA European woman made pasta from wheat flour.
You can use 'the', but that makes it sound like we're talking about a person you already referenced in the discussion. Since this is the first sentence, that's not the case, so you need to use 'a' instead.
I'ved never thought of making pasta itself because I thought the making process (of making it) was complicated.
Because you're telling something that happened prior to the story you're narrating in the past, you need "I'd".
But the way she made pasta didn't seem to be hard.
We can use "to be hard" here, but it's more natural just to say "seem hard"
She showed how to make short pasta quickly when you don't have time.
It's not entirely clear hear what you mean by "short"...do you mean the pasta is not long?
She tore off a piece of the dough, and made it into a ball, and squashed the ball into disk.
I tried and did it actually did it!
I put a lot of small disk pasta in a soup and cooked with vegetables aslike she didhad done.
This dish satisfied my stomach.
This sentence is valid, but strange. It suggests that the dish was enough to make you not hungry, but nothing else. Do you want to say it tasted good? Then you'd say "The dish was tasty."
I've been watching pasta cooking videos on YouTube ever since and I've learned many things.
I tThank you, moms of the world!
