Mobile phone

I forget what kinds of brands of mobile phones I first use.
As far as I can tell, it should be in the year 2000 that my parents in law gave me a mobile phone, and it was Nokia c5-03.
Later on, my second brother gave me a second hand mobile phone; that is probably my first time knowing about Samsung phones. When I buy a mobile phone, I usually choose one that is not very expensive; also not the cheapest.
I never bought a phone that cost too much, especially didn't buy those that were just launched, because it is unbelievably expensive!
If I am interested in a type of phone, I usually buy it one year later; generally it can get 1000 to 1500 Yuan cheaper.
But things didn’t always go follow my will. When I bought Samsung S8, I had to pay at the full price for it because there was no other choice then (I once bought Oppo R9 for alternative, but it couldn’t deal with the things that Samsung could do, so I had to go back to Samsung).
In fact, every time before I am going to buy a phone, I always went to the domestic made mobile phone stores, especially the Huawei, but every time I failed to buy it for some detail aspects.
Recently, my S8 doesn’t seem to be in good condition. Something always went wrong and it couldn’t work according to my thoughts. At times, it even broke.
The usage of the phone for me recently is just for learning, so I want a high display quality, big screen and a reasonable aspect ratio (I had experienced the Huawei mate30, its screen is colorful, but I didn’t feel well with it; it's kind of unnatural).
I almost went over to the big mobile phone store in my city, but their phones are all in slender shapes.
Take Samsung s20+ for example, it’s only 73.7mm wide though it has a 6.7 inch screen.
If it is a little wider, I think it can show big Chinese characters, so it would be better for me to read. Ultimately, only one of Apple’s phones is wider, which has 77.8mm width and 6.5 inches screen.
This size is very suitable.
A little bigger is too big to handle, a little smaller is not suitable for my bad vision, but its price is too high to my expectation (it costs more than my two month salary).
I am not a person who worships foreign products and I am very rational.
I didn’t buy an Apple phone when people were proud of it, but now I just have to.
If our domestic products have a better display quality and are not too long too narrow (I have bought a Huawei pad m6 for learning use, but I quickly changed to mini5 because I easily get eyes tired when I watch it).
If Samsung had a phone with short length and a wider width, I definitely wouldn't have chosen Apple, but in fact there is no 'if'.
In addition to the display quality, size and aspect ratio, I don’t think pro max has any advantages, and that it fits very poorly with other Apps.
I really don't know how they dare to sell that much, maybe partly because of the soaring goods prices.
I hope this phone can work well forever because I hate spending money on phones.
If I have to, I still want to buy a domestic made one.

Corrections

As far as I can tell, it should be in the yearFrom what I remember, it was in 2000 that my parents -in -law gave me a mobile phone, and it was a Nokia c5-03.

Later on, my second brother gave me a second hand mobile phone; that is probably mythe first time knowingI learned about Samsung phones.

When I buy a mobile phone, I usually choose one that is not very expensive;, but also not the cheapest.

I never boughtuy a phone that costs too much, especially didn't buy those that werhave just launchbeen released, because it isthey are unbelievably expensive!

I would use the present tense here, because you are talking about what you generally do.

If I am interested in a type of phone, I usually buy it one year later; g. Generally, it can get 1000 to 1500 Yuan cheaper.

But things didn’on't always go follow my willthe way I wanted.

Again, present tense for a general statement.

When I bought Samsung S8, I had to pay at the full price for it because there was no other choice then. (I once bought an Oppo R9 foras an alternative, but it couldn’t deal witho the things that Samsung could do, so I had to go back to Samsung).

In fact, every time before I am goingo to buy a phone, I always wentgo to the domestic -made mobile phone stores, especially the Huawei, but every time I failed to buy it for some detail aspects.

I'm not sure what you mean by "for some detail aspects." Do you mean that there are some specific details of the domestic version that didn't work?

Recently, my S8 doehasn't sbeem to ben in good condition.

Something always went wrong and it couldn’t work according to my thoughtsthe way I wanted.

The usage of the phone for me recently isRecently, I have been using my phone just for learning, so I wanted a high display quality, big screen and a reasonable aspect ratio. (I had experiencused the Huawei mate30, before, and its screen is colorful, but I didn’t feel well with it; it'sit felt kind of unnatural).

When you say "I didn't feel well with it," it sounds like you didn't feel well physically, which I don't think is what you mean here :)

I almost went over to the big mobile phone store in my city, but their phones are all intoo slender shapesfor my liking.

"too slender for my liking" = "more slender than I like" (just a more idiomatic way to say it)

Take the Samsung s20+, for example, i. It’s only 73.7mm wide though, but it has a 6.7 inch screen.

I would use either millimeters or inches (but not both).

Ultimately, only one of Apple’s phones is wider, which has: 77.8mm widthe and 6.5 inches screentall.

A little bigger is too big to handle, a little smaller is not suitable for my bad vision, but its price is too high to my expectation (it costs more than my two month salary).

I really don't know how they dare to sell that much, m. Maybe it's partly because of the soaring goods pricesgood prices have been soaring.

Overall, this was really good! Just a note: your use of semicolons (;) was mostly correct, but they're not used that much. I'm not sure that there's a particular rule here – it just sounds more natural to use periods (.) instead.
