Book: Peak
These days I am very inefficient in my studies. Today I found a book titled "Peak: Secrets from the New Science of Expertise" on my desktop. I have read the book before, but I decided to read it again. After reading it, I reailzed I have been living what I learn from this book. For example, learning from the top people in the field. Find the right teacher at the different stages. Combine knowledge with practice.
At this time, I found "3F" theory, focus, feedback and fix it. I was doing better in the latter two areas, but focus was something I had neglected. I could read for long periods of time but sometimes I wasn't focused. It was important for me to take breaks during my studies.
