Mi Día
Me desperté hoy, al sonido de mi perrito y sus (cries) a permitir afuera de mi cuarto. Me cueste dormir la ultima noche.
Durante el día yo estudié y estudié y estudié, pero todavía me siento mala sobre mis estudios. Si yo aprendería como fácil como las otras estudiantes en mi clase.
Yo sé, un día pronto, no tendré pensamientos sobre mi futuro.
Me encanta la lluvia.

I've just corrected it so that it is grammatically correct (and makes some sense), without paying a lot of attention to style and such. However, the meaning may have changed slightly (or greatly) because it wasn't easy trying to understand what you were trying to say.

1: Yes, it translates to that. "Este/esta" is a determiner that conveys proximity, regarding fisical or temporal distance, to the speaker; you could roughly translate it as "this".
I changed it because "la última noche" is ambiguous in Spanish, it could be the last night of anything. Think of it as someone saying "last day" while talking about yesterday; this way, I think you can understand why it sounds weird.
If you're interested, another way of correcting what you wrote would be replacing "esta última noche" with just "anoche", which is the adverb that would work the same way as "last night". But you had already written "última noche", so I thought I might stick with that and just add "esta".
2: Don't try to translate directly from one language to the other, that's a very counterproductive habit. Have in mind that the majority of things can be conveyed in different ways, and each language has a (to an extent arbitrary) unique way of expressing these.
Having said that, the preposition in this example depends on what you were trying to say: if you wanted to say that you feel you're bad at studying, then what I've written ("me siento mala en mis estudios") would be correct. If you wanted to say that you feel bad regarding your studies, i.e. you are not satisfied with your studies or something similar, then the sentence should be "me siento mal con mis estudios". This is an example of prepositions that don't match up in different languages.
I have the feeling that you are (either consciously or unconsciously) translating directly from English to Spanish, which is where some of your problems come from.
