Mein Hochzeit
Ich bin Planung ein Hochzeit und alles ist teuer, Ich hasse ist.
Hochzeit ist im September und wir habe nicht sortiert. Ich bin Denken Durchbrennen Könnte einfacher und billiger.
I ma planning a wedding and everything is expensive and i hate it.
Wedding is in September and we have nothing sorted. I am thinking eloping could be easier and cheaper.

How do you study German? It seems that you are trying to translate literally from English to German but it doesn't work that way. You should first start by writing very basic and simple sentences. I saw in this text and in the one I previously corrected that you seem to mix up the gerund form of verbs in English with nouns in German (planning -> Planung; thinking -> Denken). We don't have a present continous form in German, so instead we use the present simple:
I plan. Ich plane.
I am planning. Ich plane (gerade).
I think. Ich denke.
I am thinking. Ich denke (gerade).
Just keep it simple for now.

Thanks for the comment, I was reading from my German dictionary. Structure is one thing that I haven't mastered yet, I get confused with it. I greatly appreciate your comments and corrections, thank you. :)
