下個禮拜MC要到了。
所以，我今天吃太多…
不舒服。

I feel so uncomfortable.

In Taiwan, MC is also called 大姨媽.

MC is coming but I ate too much (I should not eat too much indeed).
所以不舒服。

@Linda: do you correct it to be academically correct, or more like daily use?
I just ask because of the grammar.
My Taiwanese friends don't use commas after time.
Ex: 下禮拜一Amy換15:00上課。
這樣。

Because I have PMDD so the week before my MC, I suffer depression, anxiety, etc. I will feel sad and bored even if I have lots of energy, and I will feel like I want to eat nonstop, even though I usually only eat twice a day (intermittent fasting).

maybe daily use,
I am not sure about this one. maybe you can ask Jack. adding a comma will better. in my elementary textbook, they used to add a comma. but the whole sentence doesn't make a big effect.

I am sorry to hear that. but this information is personal issues. as same as MC , this word, people don't catch up if they have less known.

I don't know about China, but in Taiwan men are all comfortable with hearing girls talk about their MC.
Some even help their moms and sisters buy products necessary for that time.
