I spent time with my girlfriend today too. We both like to see beautiful scenery, go to the countryside and feel nature. But, we can’t do it now because of declaration of a state of emergency to contain infections of COVID19. So, we stay at home, play games on my phone and watch a movie on the Netflix in these days. I wish this epidemic would go away soon and we could hangout outside.

I spent time with my girlfriend today (too).
Your sentence is grammatically correct, but generally, people only put "too" when they're responding to someone who's done the same thing. An example could be:
- A: "I played basketball today."
- B: "I played basketball today, too!"
We both like to see beautiful scenery, go to the countryside, and feelimmerse ourselves in nature.
"Feel nature" sounds a bit weird in this context. Generally, when using "feel", English speakers associate the word with physically touching something or feeling an emotion. "Immerse ourselves" is another, more specific way of saying "feel" that's applicable in this context.
But, we can’t do it now because of declaration of a state of emergency declaration to contain infections of COVID-19.
So, we stay at home, play games on my phone, and watch a movie on the Netflix in these days.
Since Netflix is a specific company/app, you don't need to put "the" in front of it.
I wish this epidemic would go away soon and we could hangout outside.
