The names of countries are proper nouns, and should always be capitalised.

I always watch YoutTube to catch some information.

(1) Strictly speaking, "YouTube" should be the proper capitalisation.

I saw the tripa travel channel ofn YoutTube,the channel introduce it introduced their trip to Malaysia trip iand it was so funny.

(4) It should be "introduced" instead of "introduce", since you're writing in the past tense.

(1) Your going to Japan and China occurred in the past, and have consequences in the present (that being that you now have the experience of going to Japan and China), so "have been" (the present perfect) is expected.
(2) Again, "Japan", being the name of a country, should be capitalised.

Now I verreally want to go to Malaysia with my wife, but I can't.

"Very" is not used this way, in this particular position in a sentence. If you wish to use it, you can write: "Now I want to go to Malaysia very much with my wife..." I know the fact that one is okay while the other is not might not seem very logical, but I suppose that's just how it is.

Because my wife's tummy has a baby, so we can't take flight gofly to Malaysia.

(1) Colloquially, "tummy" is okay, but biologists won't be very happy, because the baby's not actually in the stomach! You can consider just writing "My wife is pregnant..."
(2) "Take flight" is not appropriate in this sentence, and is subtly different from "fly". Alternatively: "...so we can't take a flight to Malaysia."

You could also simply say "My wife is pregnant."
