Some of them can be fixed naturally as you progress on the language, but some others can be reinforced ascome a bad habit.

"reinforced" is a more positive word, which would imply that "reinforcing" the bad habits is a good thing.

"I before E, except after C, unless sounding 'eigh' as in neighbour or weigh."
