Ma routine quotidienne quand j’étais une étudiante à Manille en travaillant dans la ville de Muntinlupa
Avant, je me réveillais vers 18h30 puisque le voyage était 35 - 45 minutes de notre bureau. Je me préparais pour le voyage au bureau. Quotidiennement, j’arrivais vers 19h30 où je installais l’ordinateur aprés avoir branché le casque. Mon quart d’habitude durent jusqu’a 5h.
My daily routine when I was still studying in Manila while working in Muntinlupa
Before, I used to wake up around 6:30 PM because I'll go commuting 35 - 45 minutes away from our office. I prepare to leave to office. Usually, I arrive around 7:30 PM when I setup my computer after I plug in my headset. My shift usually last until 5 AM in the morning. After the shift, I leave to travel to Manila when I arrive around 7 AM. The class starts at 7:30 AM. In retrospect, I think that that was the most challenging days of my life because during those times I barely ate due to the availability of my time in which I could only eat for 30 minutes during lunchtime. During those times, I would have to do my assignments otherwise I'll eat. The class is done around 3 PM that's when I go home. After, I sleep and a new day starts again.
- I have written the French paragraph originally and translated it to English. There must be some verb tenses I haven't fixed so I think there will be some consistencies. Apologies.
- The original intention I have for the French text was to practice using plus-que-parfait or learn how to use plus-que-parfait in a paragraph. I don't think I have done that here so I'll just do in another.
- I tried using gérondif on the title. I feel like it's wrong.

You don't need articles when simply giving a title or a profession. "Une étudiante" isn't wrong, but it would insist more on the person you were

Avant, je me réveillais vers 18h h 30 puisque le voyagetrajet jusqu'à mon bureau était 35 - de 35-45 minutes de notre bureau.
The gerund works best with two actions, so considering you wrote "j'étais une étudiante", I'd find it way better to have a relative repeating this noun => qui travaillait
It would have worked with your original English sentence: "when I was studying in Manilla while working in Muntinlupa = quand j'étudiais à Manille (tout) en travaillant à Muntinlupa"
"un voyage" is a very long trip; "un trajet" is the road/way to a point A to a point B
A space before and after "h" when it's short for "hour", but no space before or after hyphens
Je me'y préparais pour le voyage au bureau.
y = à cela, à ce trajet (way shorter and avoids repetitions)
QuotidiennHabituellement, j’arrivais vers 19h h 30 où je 'installais l’ordinateur apréès avoir branché le casque.
usually = d'habitude, d'ordinaire, habituellement
"quotidiennement" means "daily", which would sound slightly odd here because it would imply you had no days off, no weekends etc
"j'installais" for the same reason as "j'arrivais" (je+vowel => j')
Mon quart d’habitude durentD'ordinaire, je travaillais jusqu’aà 5 h.
There are several translations of "shift" depending on the context, sometimes it wouldn't be translated at all in a natural-sounding sentence. This would be the case here
Habit, background action, focus on a process = imparfait => je travaillais
Après le quart, je partais de voyagepour à mManille où j’arrivéais vers 7 h.
Same thing here, it would be better to have nothing at all, or in a pinch "après le travail
to leave for (a destination) = partir pour
"arrivé" is a past participle, it's only used in compound tenses and passive structures
Les cours commençaient à 7h h 30.
En rétrospectivQuand j'y repense, je pense que c’était le plus défant jours journées les plus ardues/difficiles de ma vie parce que pendant'à ce ttemps époque, je mangeais à peine pcarce que d’habitude, la seule disponible temps quepériode où je pouvais manger , c'était pendant celes 30 minuites du déjeuner.
"retrospectively" technically is "rétrospectivement", but it's quite formal. In an everyday conversation, people would rather say "quand j'y repense" or something along those lines
challenging = ardu, difficile
"pendant ce temps" rather means "meanwhile, during that time". It emphasizes a duration
"à cette époque" means "at that time, back then"
"car" to avoid repeating "parce que"
"time" is a word with a very broad meaning that isn't used as much in French as it is in English. A definite period of time is typically called "une période" or "un moment"
You also need "où" for a relative of time because "la période que je mange" means you eat the time!
the 30 minutes = LES trente minutes
CÀ ce moment-là, je ne faisais mes devoirs que si avoir devoirsj'en avais, sinon je mangeais.
À un moment
The "only" structure requires "ne...que". In oral speech, the "ne" is very often dropped, but in a text, it's better to make the habit of using it
en = des devoirs ("en" replaces the prepositional group in "des")
You also need a tense, in this case, the imparfait => j'avais
Les cours ont fini vers 15hfinissaient vers 15 h, moment où je rentrais chez moi.
Imparfait once again => finissaient
"15 h" is rather considered an adverbial phrase of time, in modern French, so it's grammatically better to repeat it by another noun that can be repeated by "où" to build a relative, typically "moment"
Après, je dormais et une nouvelle jour renée commençait encore.
a new day = une nouvelle journée
"day" as an experienced period of time, especially the time when you live, work, etc = journée
