Aujourd’hui, j’ai décidé d’écrire en français. J’espère que je puisse écrire quelques paragraphes en français par le 2 avril, 2023. Je crois que je peux le faire! Cet après-midi, j’ai lu cinq pages de Harry Potter en Français.

Aujourd’hui, j’ai décidé d’écrire en français.
J’espère que je puisseourrai écrire quelques paragraphes en français par led'ici au 2 avril, 2023.
"j'espère" is followed by the indicative mood (although it's a wish) and the future tense when the intended action is supposed to happen in the future
"by" is "d'ici à" when you anticipate a date in the future (before a given deadline)
Je crois que je peux le faire !
Cet après-midi, j’ai lu cinq pages de « Harry Potter » en Ffrançais.
Language names aren't capitalized
"d'« Harry Potter »" would work as well as French speakers tend not to pronounce the H so you can write "d'Harry"

Thank you so much for the help! I’m a bit confused now when to use the subjonctif, I was thinking it is to express uncertainty/doubt. Is it because j’espère isn’t really a « doubt » ? Thanks again

You nailed it, "j'espère" is a very strong wish where you basically see the action of the subordinate verb as something already actual. So, it's the opposite of a doubt (douter que + subjonctif)
But all wishes/feelings verbs require the subjunctive. "Espérer" is the exception.
