Every one of your photos is beautiful, which makes me envious and fascinated. But I can't find such scenery here, not only because I live in a busy city, but even in the countryside, I can't find such a beautiful place.
It's been nearly two months since autumn began on August 7th. During that time, the temperature didn't drop much, but the temperature in the morning of these few days was already below 20 degrees. I have to wear a long-sleeved shirt, otherwise I will feel very cold. Faintly, I seem to be able to feel the breath of winter.
I don't know why, but these days, I feel a little bit depressed. Is it related to the climate? I have no idea. That is it. I hope everything goes well.

I can’t understand why you replaced “can’t” with “couldn’t”.
"Can't" implies more of a physical inability to find such a place, and also that the searching has occurred strictly in the past. By contrast, "could never" doesn't have those connotations, and is more in line with the general idea of wishing for this place to exist near you. I can't really explain it well.

Why is not “that time”?
Because up to this very moment we are still in the period that you are talking about, using "that" implies some degree of separation from it, even though you're talking about things that are occurring right now.
