Teachers should passs a yearly exam, just like students

In my country, teachers do not need to pass exam once a year, but in my opinion this is not helpful for both: their knowledge on the things that they teach and for the quality of education that them provide.

Firstly, let us take a look at the today´s education. In my country, teachers were extremely clever, and this was mostly because they had had a meaningly education when they were a child. However, as time passed, the education provided by schools went from good enough to poor. That´s because the general development of teachers have started to be bad, and with this raised other problems because of that lack of initial education. This "paradox" has signified a decay in the education provided by schools.

On the other hand, this problem can be easily resolved with just only a tool: an exam. With a general exam aimed to teachers, and made to measure the understading in the proffesor´s field, we will face a huge improvement in almost all the schools around the country.

To sump up, I want to point out the urge necessity of this reform, not only to save education, but to save the future. The future lies on teachers´ hands, because they are in charge of the leaders of near future.

It's weird to say "this is not helpful" since we're talking about the non-existence of testing: lots of things don't exist (e.g. unicorns) but we don't complain about them being unhelpful.

(I note that this contradicts the prior sentence: "Firstly, let us take a look at the today´s education." I.e., we first look at past education.)

The "because" portion that relates to their initial education is a bit redundant and you can remove it if you want.

It's unusual to use "on the other hand" since you do not argue there is not a need for exams. Ex) On the one hand, schools have run for the past decade without the use of examinations for teachers, so most see no point in changing the procedure. On the other hand, the continuous decay of the educational system suggests that changes should be implemented. https://idioms.thefreedictionary.com/on+the+one+hand...on+the+other+hand
