The thing I like the most is ~ "Ce que je préfère c'est la crème glacée au chocolat."
My favorite dessert is ~ "Mon dessert préféré est la crème glacée au chocolat" / "Mon dessert favori est la crème glacée au chocolat.

Right after the previous sentence, "Mon" would be a reference to "fruit"... Therefore you wrote that your favorite fruit is the halal restaurant :)

As a Mathematics student I had a few Chinese teacher in the 90s and they all had a horrible time with the pronnounciation of indices in the matrices : Aij was hell for them :)
