Flower Market

I went to a flower market today.

It's the biggest one near our neighborhood.

I took some pictures and videos, and tried to edit a video, but I haven't finished yet.

There were too many beautiful flowers, even though I just captured a few of them.

Your original wording is fine, although I think when most people read “edit a video,” they will assume you mean edit just one of the videos you took that day. In my correction, I’ve tried to reflect what I think you mean by “edit a video.”

There were too many beautiful flowers, even though I just captured a few of them.

It's a tricky thing, to use "too" when it means more than you expect. It is almost always used to express something negative (too hot, too far, too big, to loud, too heavy, too many, etc.) In your sentence, because you continue with "even though," it seems to me that the suggestion @jakelong00 made is a good one.
