 Letter to Chamber of Commerce: You state our intention for company incorporation.

 Letter of Commitment: In this letter, you confirm the information on stakeholder and company’s operations.

 The Latest Registration Documents of Head Office with appostille and Ratified Turkish Translation by Turkey’s Embassy/Consulate or Notary

 Article of Association: Article of Association of Head Office (with appostille and Ratified Turkish Translation by Turkey’s Embassy/Consulate or Notary.)
 Resolution of Members of Board: A Board Resolution stating that they will open a branch in Turkey, address of the Branch and scope of the Branch and name of the Branch representative residing in Turkey. A foreigner can be a representative but it is must for the representative to reside de in Turkey. (with appostille and Ratified Turkish Translation by Turkey’s Embassy/Consulate or Notary)

 Declaration; Declaration is supposed to state detail of Head Office, Capital and Scope of The Head Office, name of Branch representative etc. (with appostille and Ratified Turkish Translation by Turkey’s Embassy/Consulate or Notary)

 Power of Attorney (PoA): It should state name of Branch representative and what kind of authority he/she will be given. (with appostille and Ratified Turkish Translation by Turkey’s Embassy/Consulate or Notary)

 Approved Document List to Incorporate a Branch: A document list to incorporate a branch in home country which is approved by competent authority of home country. (with appostille and Ratified Turkish Translation by Turkey’s Embassy/Consulate or Notary)


 Necessary Documents: All the documents which are necessary to incorporate a branch in home country. (with appostille and Ratified Turkish Translation by Turkey’s Embassy/Consulate or Notary)

 Signature Document: Signature documents of branch representatives. This document should be appostille and ratified the Turkish Translation by Turkey’s embassy/consulate or notary.

 Chamber of Commerce Registration Form, two headshot photo, ID Card and Passport of Branch Representative and Stakeholders of the Head Office: The registration form is suuposed to be signed by the representative of Branch.
