Living separately
Nowadays more and more people choose living separately from their families. What are its causes and consequences?
There is no denying that in this day and age more and more people prefer living in their own apartments and being far away from the families. Can it relate to independence and maturity or it destroys family values? What are its causes and consequences? The following essay takes a look at both sides of the phenomenon.
On the one hand, in a modern world each person chases freedom and self-reliance. We have to realize ourselves and only living alone can help to get one's head around. Besides, being alone, a person can be a little bit more productive and spend more time reflecting on his or her actions. What’s more, only living separately man grows into adult one.
On the other hand, human as a biological species cannot exist without company or community. We all need people around us and our family, especially parents, is those only ones, who loves us unconditionally and it is strongly important to appreciate them. In addition, living together makes people corporate and discuss the problems with each other. Without any feedback and reaction to their behaviour person will not become the best version of yourself.
To elucidate, I should say that there is no "right way" to live your life. Everyone of us makes your own choices and decisions. Living separately is a wonderful way to get the feel of freedom an learn to take responsibility for your actions. But completely forgetting the family and relative does not lead to a happy life.

The original was grammatically correct, but "its" didn't make sense because you hadn't referred to the choice to live separately as a trend or phenomenon, something that designates it as an object, so to speak.

I think the OP meant "realize" in the sense of "develop" or "achieve" (e.g. "realize one's dreams"), so "realize this" doesn't seem right to me. I do think the original wording needs to be changed though.
